By camping here, you are a 400-meter walk from the Skyline Gondola, Fergburger, and the lakefront. This means you save $30+ a day on parking fees and avoid the stress of circling for a spot. It is the perfect base for an “action-packed” few days—bungy, jet boat, luge—because the pick-up points are all walkable. The Dad Reality Check: This is an urban holiday park. The sites can be tight, it is busy, and your view is shared with neighbours. However, the amenities are solid, with decent kitchen facilities and laundry (essential after a few days on the road). It is also located right next to the cemetery, which ironically ensures quiet neighbours on one side.
